Shipping Policy

When will my order ship? : 

Our processing time is 4-10 business days before your order is shipped. When your items have shipped, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address entered on your order.

Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order turnaround. 

Please be aware of longer transit times for international orders due to the current health pandemic. 
International orders may be subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

My package was returned to sender?

-Please review your order information. If an order was returned to sender (us) as a result of the buyer providing an insufficient address, we are not responsible. The buyer will have to repurchase the items. 

-If the package was not delivered due to a discrepancy on our end, we will happily re-issue your order.
